My Approach

  • What do you want more of?

  • What do you want less of?

Clinical Psychologists use evidence based, person centered methods to ensure safe, effective assessment and treatment.

I use telehealth (zoom etc) for sessions to help people with all kinds of problems, including trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, worry, and lots more.

I also enjoy helping people identify and achieve their dreams and goals.

Are you ready to use evidence-based modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), positive psychology strategies, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and / ,or Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing, to create the changes in your life you are longing for?

I’ve worked in, and for, all kinds of amazing services over the last twenty-plus years, including health and justice services, ACC, addiction services, and lots of private practice work, and I would love to work with you on your journey to mental wellness.
